Psyhouli Eleni

Eleni Psyhouli was born in Volos, the Greek city closely associated with tsipouro, so she is very knowledgeable about fine mezedes. A respected food writer, she has collaborated with most Greek culinary publications and has her own food writing website (www.pirouni.gr). For seven years she also had her own daily show, “Chef ston aera”, on Skai TV and was a judge and presenter of MasterChef Junior. In 2021 she returned to the small screen to take viewers on a different culinary journey across the Pelion region, with the series “Syntages Psyhis” on Skai TV. Her resume also includes two restaurants, two cookbooks and a strong passion for traditional Greek cuisine.
